1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

2. Notification & Return Timeframe

  • Notification period: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, applicable in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damage.

  • Return shipping period: Within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Return address: Products can be returned in person at our office/store or shipped via postal services.
