Shipping Policy

We offer nationwide home delivery service for all orders placed via our website, fanpage, or phone. This service does not apply to in-store purchases.

Orders will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer via a third-party courier service.

1. Delivery Time

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City (urban and suburban):
– Delivery within 1–2 days after order confirmation.
– Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.
– Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered in the evening or the following morning.

For orders from other provinces:
– Delivery time is 2–3 days for central city areas.
– 3–7 days for suburban, rural, or remote areas.
(Excluding weekends and public holidays)

Order processing time starts upon successful payment confirmation.

Delivery time may be adjusted upon customer request or due to force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, special circumstances).

Each order will be attempted for delivery a maximum of two times. If the first delivery fails, we will contact the customer to schedule a second attempt. If we are still unable to reach the customer or receive no response, the order will be canceled.

To check your order status, please message our fanpage or call the hotline, providing your name and phone number.

Upon delivery, please sign the receipt and verify the quantity and items delivered. Kindly keep the delivery slip and invoice for future reference.

2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND applies to all delivery areas.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the product upon delivery/receipt. Returns or exchanges are accepted at the time of delivery in the following cases:

The product is not the correct type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of purchase.
The quantity or item set is incomplete compared to the order.
The product’s exterior is damaged (e.g. torn packaging, scratches, cracks, breakage).

Customers are required to present relevant documentation or evidence of the issue in order to process the return or exchange.

2. Timeframe & Return Process

Notification timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving the product, applicable for cases such as missing accessories, gifts, or damaged items.
Return shipment timeframe: Within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return location: Customers may return the product directly at our office/store or send it via postal service.
